What are the consequences for your organisation of using e-Recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ?
How do you plan for a new organisation and prepare your staff ?
e-Recruitment software, depending on the publisher may cover a part or all of your recruitment process: some programs are simply tools for managing the flow of applications, others will allow you for example to monitor your contacts with customers, publish your job opportunities or even manage a shared diary.
