HOW DOES THE CV AND CANDIDATE APPLICATION INTEGRATION WORK ?
The most important aspect of e-Recruitment software is the automatic integration of your flow of CVs whether they come from a job board or your own corporate website.
But how does it work?
The answer to this question varies from one publisher to another.
We shall limit ourselves here to describing our Eolia Recruitment module.
1st case: Direct transfer
You simply need an email address dedicated solely to this operation that you display on all your advertisements whatever their medium.
The applicant applies using this address and our software does the rest:
- processing of email and email attachments,
- integration of candidate applications into your database,
- classification in the corresponding position category (using the posting reference),
- automatic recognition of the source, etc.
2nd case: Transfer from your corporate web site
Your Website is interfaced with Eolia, which then allows the applicants to apply using a form that you define according to your requirements.
This interface also has the advantage of enabling applicants to update their personal details.
3rd case: Transfer from your messaging software
Candidate applications can also be received using Outlook and Lotus Notes.
You select several emails simultaneously (without opening them), and you send this set of candidate applications in 3 clicks to your Eolia database. Once again, our integration software deals with everything.
These three cases form a brief description of CV flow integration.
