You have access to EOLIA and to your databases from anywhere you wish, even using a 3G Mobile Office Card if you are travelling. 

Security and confidentiality of your data

For hosting your databases, we use dedicated servers provided by one of the leading European web hosts guaranteeing you a high level of security:

  • Clean room, air-conditioning, video surveillance, access control
  • Uninterrupted power supply,
  • Fire alarm systems,
  • Firewall systems, etc.

Moreover, on all our servers we have professional backup systems:

  • Real-time replication on secondary servers
  • Incremental daily backup system
  • Total weekly backups

Data migration in Eolia

In order to preserve your historical data we can take care of the migration of your data in Eolia whatever their format: Excel files, Access databases, CV folders etc.

Simple and fast implementation

EOLIA Recruitment :

Just 2 hours are needed for its implementation ! We first prepare a database, then together we configure EOLIA to adapt it to your specificities.

Training is over two half-day sessions, eventually combined with the configuration, and spaced out over a 10-day period for a better assimilation of EOLIA.
